My inspiration comes from the legacy of the great Nelson Mandela who said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. I am therefore dedicated to the nurturing of great minds and the building of the leaders of tomorrow.
To teach the English Language to my students in other to empower them beyond the classroom, helping to develop individuals with positive responsibility and meaningful productivity.
It is my promise to shape a better world for the students and empower them with the knowledge to make the world better.
In 2005, I graduated with a BSc in Real Estate and Property Management but eventually felt fulfilled seeing human development as the greatest asset to manage. I switched career to English Language Teaching with great enthusiasm and unalloyed commitment when opportunity called in 2010. Since then, I am yet to feel a better accomplishment than seeing to the nurturing of great minds and the leaders of tomorrow,
I have remained a dedicated English language teacher who teaches from the heart. Beyond educational engagement, it is my passion to always be like a mother to her students especially since my name Nwamaka means- a child is very good.
I have built the reputation of a compassionate, hard-working, dedicated, and an excellent role model to both my students and colleagues, within and outside the traditional teaching environment. Moreover, I have always maintained healthy relationships with all teaching and non-teaching staff members in any academic environment I work. I am always devoted to inculcating model behavior and mannerisms in the students by self-example.
I am always disposed to facilitating and encouraging intellectual and social development in students. My effective in communication skills and resourcefulness with proven ability to enhance students’ performance, has brought me many recommendations. My capability in preparing daily lessons in accordance with the guidelines of the school’s education system along with keenly supervising student conduct during class, lunchtime and break in order to ensure a positive learning environment, has been highly commended through numerous awards and commendations.
I am a passionate and committed teacher because of the fulfillment and joy I derive from passing on knowledge and essential skills. It is my core belief that these are indispensable for the development of individuals with positive responsibility and meaningful productivity who would become reasonable citizens of the world.
As my name, Nwamaka signifies, my love for children springs forth from my heart when I teach.
